Clean beds made for a comfortable sleep, but noisy pipes disrupted my rest.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning views of Central Park, making it a great spot for exploration. However, rooms are quite small and require updates, and some areas, like the lobby, could use a thorough cleaning. Regardless, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Staying at this hotel was convenient for our family, especially being just a short walk from the Broadway Theatre District. We enjoyed a fantastic show and loved how easily accessible it was from our stay. The location really made our trip feel special.

The Standard Double Room came with air conditioning, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and clean linens. Just be prepared that the rooms are on the small side, so you won't have much space.

Crumbs on the hallway carpet and peeling paint in the rooms stuck out as signs of disrepair. Two towels didn’t cut it, and the lack of a minifridge or food options was a disappointment. Temperature control was inconsistent, leaving one room overheated despite an open window. Every night, the water pipes made loud banging noises, making sleep a challenge without earplugs. The shower needed a thorough clean before our arrival, and the hot water was sluggish, requiring preheating just to be bearable. The rooms lacked adequate sound insulation, making the street noise feel intrusive. A lack of coffee options and vending machines added to the basic atmosphere.

staying at park west was quite a treat! the location couldn't be better, right in front of central park. The maintenance staff was really prompt. they fixed our clogged toilet and nonworking tv in no time. clean beds with comfy pillows made our stay enjoyable.
